Step 3 - Proposal and Contract
The proposal that you receive will indicate all services that we will perform for you and the prices associated with each service. There will be a total and directions on how to submit your payment in the event that you accept. All you need to do is let us know that you accept and we will send you our Terms and Conditions. You will take it and have your signature notarized, sign the proposal and mail the originals back to us along with your down payment.
The deposit is 50% of the total cost associated with the proposal. Once the site is complete and you are satisfied, final payment of the remaining 50% is due.

Step 4 - The Project Begins
If you do not already have a URL, we can secure it for you if it is available. As far as a hosting company, you are welcome to choose whoever you would like.
Once we have received the Terms and Conditions, Proposal, and deposit, we will contact you to let you know that we have received them and then the fun begins. This is the point where you will send us all of the content that you want on the website including text, fonts, pictures, graphics, rough design (Do you want the navigation bar on the top, left or right, colors, background images, and so on). What links do you want on the navigation bar (Home, About Us, Contact, etc.)? If selling products, we need product description, prices, model numbers, company logos, etc. You get the idea.
If you have any websites that you like the layout on, let us know. Within 5 business days, we will submit to you two initial layouts. These layouts may or may not have pictures or text; it will just give you a basic layout design. Once you have a chance to look at them, we will ask you what you like about the design and what you do not. We will then make changes and submit it to you again. Once we have the right layout for you, we will get started on filling in the layout. We will set up a dedicated link for you that you can check the status of the development. As we progress, we will add photos of the design to your dedicated link.
If this is going to be an E-Commerce site, we have additional forms to fill out that will help us with the product information.
